ASSISTANT GENERAL COUNSEL

Candace Clark, demonstrating her legal expertise gained from practicing at firms like Clark Hill and Gordon Silver, and her academic achievements in law and Spanish, complemented by her passion for travel and her Californian roots.

Candace joins Oak Point with significant legal experience in commercial bankruptcy and corporate restructuring. While in private practice, Candace counseled debtors and creditors alike, through the many facets of insolvency proceedings. She has practiced with Clark Hill, PLC in Chicago and Gordon Silver, Ltd. in Las Vegas.

Candace completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA, and received her law degree from the Boyd School of Law at UNLV. Candace also holds a master’s degree in Spanish, an achievement she attained after studying and traveling throughout South America. Prior to becoming an attorney, Candace enjoyed a career in sales & marketing with leading enterprise software provider, TRIRIGA, Inc. (as acquired by IBM).

A native Californian and more recent Nevada transplant, Candace loves to travel the world to visit with family and friends, especially when she can escape the Chicago cold.
