Andrew Kaplan is currently Vice President of the Oak Point Partners Deal Team. Andrew is a leading expert in helping Finance Leaders discover their departments inner profit center by recovering significant returns on their difficult-to-find or unknown remnant assets. He brings years of recovery experience and best practices that deliver results.

Throughout his 8+ years at Oak Point, Andrew has taken on a variety of important roles within the company, significantly contributing to its continual growth. When he first joined Oak Point Partners in 2014, Andrew played a key role on the Asset Recovery Team, working with Fiduciaries to recover the remnant assets of Oak Point’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining Oak Point, Andrew worked as a Project Manager in lighting sales for ConneXion, a major Chicago-based electrical distribution company.

Andrew is a graduate of Indiana University (Hoo! Hoo! Hoo!). He loves improv and stand-up comedy and currently takes classes at the world famous Second City in Chicago. While he’s not making people laugh, he leads an active lifestyle that includes sinking birdies, smashing aces, and staying up-to-date on the latest reality TV drama.
