On December 13, 2012, the Court entered an order confirming the Debtors’ Modified Second Amended Joint Plan of Liquidation, pursuant to which a Responsible Person was appointed and vested with the power and duty to administer certain assets of the Debtor. Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Trident Microsystems Bankruptcy Estate in December 2017.
