Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Trainor Glass Company Liquidating Trust (Trainor Glass) in May 2017.
On March 9, 2012, Trainor Glass filed a petition for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois (the “Court”), assigned Case No. 12-09458. On December 20, 2013, the Court confirmed Second Amended Plan of Liquidation, pursuant to which the trust was created and vested with the power and duty to administer the remaining assets of Trainor Glass. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Trainor Glass Liquidating Trust in May 2017.
