Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the TW Liquidation Corp. (F/K/A Townsends, Inc.), et al. Bankruptcy Estates (Townsends) in November 2017.
On December 19, 2010, Townsends and its affiliates filed voluntary chapter 11 petitions in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, jointly administered under Case No. 10-14092. Thereafter, the cases were converted to chapter 7, and a trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of the estates. Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the TW Liquidation Corp (F/K/A Townsends, Inc.), et al. Bankruptcy Estates in November 2017.
