Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Three A’s Holdings LLC, et al., Bankruptcy Estate in November 2010.

On August 20, 2006, Three A’s Holdings LLC and its related entities (“Three A’s Holdings”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 06-10886. Thereafter, a Chapter 11 Plan was confirmed and a Plan Administrator appointed to liquidate the estate’s assets. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of Three A’s Holdings in November 2010.

Three A's Holdings was one of the largest specialty music retailers in the United States. The company operated over 80 stores, primarily under the name Tower Records. Three A's Holdings operated under several trade names including Bayside Entertainment Distribution, MTS, Tower Books, Tower Records and Tower Video.

The former headquarters of Three A's Holdings was located in West Sacramento, CA.
