Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the TW, Inc. (d/b/a The Wiz) Bankruptcy Estate in December 2009.

On March 14, 2003, TW, Inc. (The Wiz) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned case No. 03-10785.  Thereafter, a Chief Restructuring Officer was charged with winding down the estate for the benefit of creditors.  Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the TW, Inc. (The Wiz) Bankruptcy Estate in December 2009.
