Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Tally One, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in October 2016.
On May 23, 2011, Tally One filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, assigned Case No. 11-31985. On November 1, 2011, the Bankruptcy Case was converted to a case under chapter 7, and, after an election, on March 7, 2012, a Trustee was appointed to administer the remaining assets of the Bankruptcy Estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Tally One, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in October 2016.
