Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Strouds Acquisition Corp. Bankruptcy Estate in March 2008.
On May 20, 2003, Strouds Acquisition Corp. and its related entities (“Strouds”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, assigned Case No. 03-23620-ER. A Chapter 11 plan was confirmed and a Plan Agent was appointed to liquidate the estate’s assets. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of Strouds in March 2008.
