Who Owns Ronco Corporation Remnant Assets?

Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Ronco Corporation Bankruptcy Estate in October 2013.

On June 14, 2007, Ronco filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, assigned Case No. 07-12000.  Thereafter, the case was converted to chapter 7 and a trustee was charged with winding down the estate for the benefit of creditors.  Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Ronco Corporation Bankruptcy Estate in October 2013.
