Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Quintus Corporation Bankruptcy Estate in June 2009.

On February 22, 2001, Quintus Corporation filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned case no. 01-00501.  Thereafter, a trustee was charged with liquidating the assets of the Quintus Corporation estate.  Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Quintus Corporation Bankruptcy Estate in June 2009.
