Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the OHC Liquidation Trust in December 2011.

On November 15, 2002, Oakwood Homes Corporation and its related entities (“Oakwood Homes”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 0213396. A chapter 11 plan of liquidation was confirmed, which created the OHC Liquidation Trust. Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the OHC Liquidation Trust in December 2011.
