Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Murray Liquidating Trust in July 2010.
On November 8, 2004, Murray, Inc. and its related entities (“Murray”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, assigned Case No. 04-13611. A Liquidating Trustee was appointed to wind down the Murray bankruptcy estate for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Murray Liquidating Trust in July 2010.
