On July 31, 2012, JEM Marketing filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas, assigned Case No. 12-42024. Thereafter, a chapter 7 Trustee was appointed to administer the remaining assets of the Bankruptcy Estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the JEM Marketing, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in January 2017.
