A plan of liquidation was confirmed, creating a liquidating trust and appointing a trustee to manage the estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the IMH, Inc. f/k/a Interlake Material Handling, Inc., et al., Liquidating Trust in April 2014.
