Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the HIG Creditor Trust in October 2014.

On April 29, 2008, Home Interiors & Gifts, Inc. and its related entities (“Home Interiors”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, assigned case No. 08-31961.  A Plan of Liquidation was confirmed, creating a Creditor Trust and appointing a Trustee to administer the assets of the estate.  Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the HIG Creditor Trust in October 2014.
