Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the GT Brands Holdings LLC, et al. Bankruptcy Estate in June 2010.
On July 11, 2005, GT Brands Holdings LLC and its related entities (“GT Brands”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, assigned Case No. 05-15167. A chapter 11 plan was confirmed and a Plan Administrator was appointed to wind down the GT Brands estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of GT Brands in June 2010.
