On December 27, 1999, Graham Field Health Products, Inc. and its related entities (“Graham Field Health Products”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 99-04457. The case was subsequently converted to a chapter 7 case and a Trustee was appointed to wind down the estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of Graham Field Health Products in March 2010.
