Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Global Capacity Holdco, LLC Bankruptcy Estate in October 2013.
On July 23, 2010, Global Capacity Holdco, LLC and its related entities (“Global Capacity”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 10-12302. The case was converted to Chapter 7 and trustee was appointed to liquidate the estate’s assets for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Global Capacity Holdco, LLC Bankruptcy Estate in October 2013.
