Git-N-Go, Inc. and its related entities (“Git-N-Go”) filed a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, Case No. 04-10509. A chapter 11 plan was confirmed, which established a liquidating trust and appointed a trustee to liquidate assets for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the GNG Creditors’ Liquidation Trust in November 2008.
