Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Gingiss Group, Inc., et al. Bankruptcy Estate in June 2008.
On November 3, 2003, Gingiss Group, Inc. and its related entities (“Gingiss Group”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 03-13364. The case was converted to a chapter 7 bankruptcy and a Trustee was appointed to wind down the Gingiss Group estate. Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of Gingiss Group in June 2008.
