Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Galey & Lord, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in December 2009.
On August 19, 2004, Galey & Lord, Inc. and its related entities (“Galey & Lord”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, assigned Case No. 04-43098. The case was subsequently converted to a chapter 7 bankruptcy and a Trustee was appointed to wind down the estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of Galey & Lord in December 2009.
