Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the FLYi and Independence Air Distribution Trust in December 2011.
On November 7, 2005, FLYi, Inc. and its related entities (“FLYi”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 05-20011. A Plan of Liquidation was confirmed and a Distribution Trustee was appointed to wind down the bankruptcy estate for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the FLYi and Independence Air Distribution Trust in December 2011.
