On September 24, 2003, Far & Wide Corporation and its related entities (“Far & Wide Corporation”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, assigned case No. 03-40415. A liquidating plan was confirmed, which transferred certain assets of Far & Wide Corporation to a liquidating trust. Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Far & Wide Corporation Liquidating Trust in October 2012.
