Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Dijan, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in April 2015.
On August 11, 2010, Dijan, Inc. filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, assigned case No. 10-06556.  The case was subsequently converted to a chapter 7 case and a Trustee was appointed to manage the assets of the estate.  Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Dijan, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in April 2015.
