Crescent Jewelers and its related entities (“Crescent Jewelers”) filed a chapter 11 petition on January 28, 2008, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 08-10179. A plan of liquidation was confirmed, which created a liquidating trust and designated a trustee to liquidate assets without further order from the court. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of Crescent Jewelers in December 2010.
