On September 3, 2002, Consolidated Freightways Corporation and its related entities (“Consolidated Freightways”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, assigned Case No. 02-24284. Thereafter, a Chapter 11 Plan was confirmed, which transferred assets to the Trust for Certain Creditors of Consolidated Freightways Corporation. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Trust for Certain Creditors of Consolidated Freightways Corporation in September 2012.
