On December 15, 2013, Consolidated Aluminum Corp. filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, assigned Case No. 13-37149. Thereafter, a liquidating trustee was appointed to administer the remaining assets of the trust. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Conalco Trust (Consolidated Aluminum Corp.) in December 2016.
