On October 5, 2015, City Sports filed a voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, jointly administered under Case No. 15-12054. Thereafter, no trustee or examiner had been appointed to the Bankruptcy Case. The Debtors are in the process of winding down their Bankruptcy Case through a structured dismissal. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the City Sports Bankruptcy Estate in December 2016.
