Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Centennial Liquidation Trust in September 2015.
On December 17, 2012, Centennial Beverage Group, LLC and its related entities (“Centennial Beverage”) filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, assigned Case No. 12-37901. Pursuant to its chapter 11 plan, a Trust was created and vested with authority to administer the debtors’ assets. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Centennial Liquidation Trust in September 2015.
