On August 4, 2003, Atchison Casting Corporation and its related entities (“Atchison Casting”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri, assigned case No. 03-50965. The case was converted to chapter 7 and a trustee appointed to manage the bankruptcy estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of Atchison Casting in April 2013.
