Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the APX Holdings LLC, et al. Bankruptcy Estate in February 2012.
On March 16, 2006, APX Holdings LLC and its related entities (“APX Holdings”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, assigned Case No. 06-10875. The case was subsequently converted to a chapter 7 bankruptcy and a Trustee was appointed to wind down the estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of APX Holdings in February 2012.
