Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Alamac Knit Fabrics, Inc., et al. Bankruptcy Estate in May 2009.
On September 25, 2000, Alamac Knit Fabrics, Inc. and its related entities (“Alamac Knit Fabrics”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 00-03746. The case was subsequently converted to a chapter 7 bankruptcy and a Trustee was appointed to wind down the estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of Alamac Knit Fabrics in May 2009.
