On October 31, 2008, Tusa-Expo filed a voluntary petition for chapter 11 relief in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division, assigned Case Nos. 08-45057 and 08-45056. On November 5, 2008, Tusa Office filed for chapter 11 relief, assigned Case No. 08-45275. Thereafter, the Court entered a joint administration order for each of these cases under the lead Case No. 08-45057. On July 16, 2009, the Court converted the chapter 11 cases to a chapter 7, and a chapter 7 Trustee was appointed, charged with winding down the Bankruptcy Estate for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Tusa-Expo Holdings, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in November 2016.
Tusa-Expo engaged in the wholesale distribution of office supplies and office furniture.
Tusa-Expo also operated as Office Expo, Inc., Tusa Office Solutions, Inc., Polson-Tusa Corporate Relocation, and AC Lone Star Offices Unlimited, Inc.
The former headquarters of Tusa-Expo was located in Carrollton, TX.
