Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the TandyCrafts, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in December 2008.

On May 15, 2001, TandyCrafts, Inc. filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned case No. 01-01764.  Thereafter, a trustee was charged with winding down the estate for the benefit of creditors.  Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the TandyCrafts, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in December 2008.

TandyCrafts was a maker and marketer of picture frames and wall decor.

TandyCrafts also operated as Birdlegs, Maribee Needlearts, Tandy Leather, and Tandy Wholesale International.

The former headquarters of TandyCrafts was in Fort Worth, Texas.
