Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Stone Resources, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in July 2016.

On February 6, 2011, Stone Resources filed a voluntary petition for relief pursuant to Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in the United State Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, assigned Case No. 11-11124. Thereafter, the case was converted to chapter 7 and a trustee was charged with winding down the bankruptcy estate for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Stone Resources, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in July 2016.
