Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Steakhouse Partners, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in January 2015.

On May 15, 2008, Steakhouse Partners, Inc. filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California, assigned case No. 08-04147.  Thereafter, the case was converted to chapter 7 and a trustee was charged with winding down the estate for the benefit of creditors.  Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Steakhouse Partners, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in January 2015.

Steakhouse Partners operated full service steakhouse restaurants.

Steakhouse Partners also operated as Hungry Hunter, Hunter Steakhouse, Mountain Jacks, Carvers, Paragon of Michigan, and Paragon Steakhouse Restaurants.

The former headquarters of Steakhouse Partners was in San Diego, California.
