Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Samaritan Alliance, LLC Liquidating Trust (Samaritan Alliance) in March 2017.

On April 16, 2007, Samaritan Alliance filed voluntary petitions for chapter 11 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky, assigned Case No. 07-50735. Thereafter, on November 9, 2007, the Court confirmed a plan of liquidation and designated a Disbursing Agent, charged with winding down the Bankruptcy Estates for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Samaritan Alliance Liquidating Trust in March 2017.

About Samaritan Alliance, LLC

Samaritan Alliance operated Samaritan Hospital, which offered primary in-patient medical care and had over 300 beds for patients.

Samaritan Alliance also operated as Samaritan Hospital.

The former headquarters of Samaritan Alliance was located in Lexington, KY.
