On August 1, 2011, Red Eagle Oil filed a voluntary chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Wyoming, assigned Case No. 11-20857. On October 10, 2013, the Court confirmed the Debtor’s Chapter 11 Plan, pursuant to which the Plan Agent was appointed and vested with the power and duty to administer the remaining assets of the Debtor. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Red Eagle Oil Bankruptcy Estate in October 2017.

Red Eagle Oil owned and operated convenience stores/gas stations as well as a fleet of transporting vehicles.

Red Eagle Oil also operated as Hinze, Inc.
