On August 16, 2007, Quaker Fabrics filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 07-11146. Thereafter, a liquidating agent was charged with liquidating the assets of Quaker Fabric Corporation. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Quaker Fabric Corporation Bankruptcy Estate in July 2015.
Quaker Fabric designed, manufactured, and marketed woven upholstery fabrics.
Quaker Fabric also operated as Quaker Fabric of Fall River.
The former headquarters of Quaker Fabric was in Fall River, Massachusetts.
