On March 17, 1999, Primary Health Systems filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned case No. 99-00615. The case was subsequently converted to chapter 7 and a Trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Primary Health Systems, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in October 2014.
Primary Health Systems was an integrated health care services company that owned and operated hospitals and related health care businesses in and around Cleveland, Ohio.
Primary Health Systems also operated as PHS Mt. Sinai, Inc. and PHS Mt. Sinai Medical Center, Inc.
