Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Murray Liquidating Trust in July 2010.
On November 8, 2004, Murray, Inc. and its related entities (“Murray”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, assigned Case No. 04-13611. A Liquidating Trustee was appointed to wind down the Murray bankruptcy estate for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Murray Liquidating Trust in July 2010.
Murray was a manufacturer of lawn tractors, walk-behind mowers, snow throwers, chipper shredders, bicycles, GoKarts and SnoRacers.
Murray also operated as Murray Ohio Manufacturing Company, Murray Outdoor Products and Noma Outdoor Products.
The former headquarters of Murray was located in Brentwood, TN.
