On March 29, 2001, Matlack Systems, Inc. and its related entities (“Matlack Systems”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 01-01114. The case was subsequently converted to a chapter 7 bankruptcy and a Trustee was appointed to manage the estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of Matlack Systems in March 2013.
