On July 16, 2014, Love Culture, Inc. filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court of New Jersey, assigned Case No. 14-24508. Thereafter, the case was converted to chapter 7 and a trustee was appointed to wind down the bankruptcy estate for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Love Culture, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in June 2016.
Love Culture operated as a retailer of women’s clothing and accessories.
Love Culture also operated as Boutique Culture.
The former headquarters of Love Culture was located in Los Angeles, CA.
