Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Juliet Homes, LP Bankruptcy Estate (Juliet Homes) in December 2017.
On September 20, 2007, an involuntary petition was filed against Juliet Homes under chapter 7 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, assigned Case No. 07-36424. On or about October 31, 2007, the Court entered an order for relief and the Debtor’s bankruptcy case was converted to a case under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. Thereafter, the case was converted back to chapter 7, and a trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of the estate. Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Juliet Homes, LP Bankruptcy Estate in December 2017.
