Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the International Fibercom, Inc. Consolidated Bankruptcy Estate in January 2012.
On February 13, 2002, International Fibercom, Inc. and its related entities (“International Fibercom”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, assigned Case No. 02-02143. The case was subsequently converted to Chapter 7 and a Trustee was appointed to wind down the bankruptcy estate for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the International Fibercom, Inc. Consolidated Bankruptcy Estates in January 2012.
International Fibercom delivered a broad range of solutions designed to enable, enhance and support voice, data and video communications.
International Fibercom also operated as Compass Communications.
The former headquarters of International Fibercom was located in Phoenix, AZ.
