Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Inn at Woodbridge, Inc. Liquidating Trust in April 2017.

On December 6, 2012, Inn at Woodbridge filed petition for relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, assigned Case No. 12-38603. On May 1, 2014, the Court confirmed a Joint Chapter Plan of Liquidation, pursuant to which the Trust was created and vested with the power and duty to administer certain assets of the Debtors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Inn at Woodbridge Liquidating Trust in April 2017.

Inn at Woodbridge owned and operated a Hilton hotel franchise.

Inn at Woodbridge also operated as Metroplaza Hotel, LLC and Woodbridge Hilton.

The former headquarters of Inn at Woodbridge was located in Iselin, NJ.
