Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the H.H. Holmes Testing Laboratories, Inc. (HH Holmes) Bankruptcy Estate in August 2016.

On December 16, 2010, HH Holmes filed a voluntary chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois (“Court”), assigned Case No. 10-55500. Thereafter, the case was converted to chapter 7, and a trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of the estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the H.H. Holmes Testing Laboratories, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in August 2016.
