In February 2011, Giordano’s Enterprises, Inc. filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, assigned case No. 11-06098. The Bankruptcy Court entered an order converting the Consolidated Case to one under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code and appointed a Trustee to administer the remaining assets of the estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the GEI-RP f/k/a Giordano’s Enterprises, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in April 2015.
