On May 30, 2006, Fresh Cut Lawn & Landscape Service, Inc. and its related entities (“Fresh Cut Lawn”) filed a chapter 7 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 06-10531-CSS. A plan was confirmed and a Trustee appointed to wind down the bankruptcy estate for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Fresh Cut Lawn & Landscape Service, Inc., et al., Bankruptcy Estate in July 2010.
Fresh Cut Lawn was a Delaware-based landscape and design company.
Fresh Cut Lawn also operated as Fresh Cut Custom Design Landscape Service, Glenn & Glenn LLC and Glenn Brothers Construction Company.
The former headquarters of Fresh Cut Lawn was located in Milton, DE.
